Cosmetology License Requirements In Texas
Must be at least 17 years of age and must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.

Texas School Hour Requirements
Barber: 1500 Barber School Hours
Barber Technician: 300 Barber School Hours
Cosmetologist: 1500 Beauty School Hours
Manicurist: 600 Nail School Hours
Facial Specialist: 750 Beauty School Hours
